ABOUT OXYNOVA

Mix with water, shake thoroughly for at least 90 seconds or until fully dissolved, then apply within 20 hours.

For large volumes of water, add dose powder in receptacle first, then allow water pressure to dissolve the powder.

The amount of product needed depends on the volume of water being used for the affected area. Please refer to the dosage chart for conversion.

Once mixed with water, the activated Oxynova® should be used within 20 hours of mixing.

Extreme temperatures are not ideal for the beneficial bacteria in Oxynova® to thrive. It is best to use water temperature between 65-90°C.

Fresh, non-chlorinated water. Water with chlorine or salinity will affect the beneficial bacteria in Oxynova®.

Oxynova® is a proprietary blend of enzymes and probiotics. Ingredients are natural, nontoxic, and ecofriendly. Please refer to the “Safety First” section for recommended handling instructions. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Oxynova® works by tackling the bacteria created by organic matter to bioremediate the affected area. The ingredients in Oxynova activate in water to optimize pH balance, increase oxygen and stabilize the affected environment. The enzymes and probiotics in Oxynova accelerate the decomposition process of organic matter while reducing the biological oxygen demand and pathogenic load.

Oxynova® becomes activated when it comes into contact with water or moisture and we want you to make the most of your product. Keep Oxynova in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Protective gloves and handling equipment must be dry when preparing Oxynova.

Yes! Our jars are made of the highest-grade recyclable plastic. We encourage you to reuse them or recycle.

We typically ship orders within 2 days of receipt. You can expect to receive it within 7 business days.

For Commercial orders, any amount between 1-10 jars can be ordered. If you require orders greater than 10 jars, please contact our technical consultation team for personalized support at support@shopoxynova.com.

Cancellation Policy:

Contact us via support@shopoxynova.com within 2 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 2 hours, orders move to processing and cannot be canceled or returned.

Return Policy:
We want you to be satisfied. Please contact us via support@shopoxynova.com upon receipt of your order with any issues. Oxynova® is non-refundable, but if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear about it.
